The VIC Sale/Lakes Entrance courier zone runs Tuesday, Friday and Saturday. It covers Sale and East Sale, Wurruk, Longford, Cobains, Airly, Montgomery and Somerton Park, along with Stratford, Newry and Maffra to the north.
Buying beef in dairy country
Wellington Shire is one of the biggest dairy regions in the state, and good beef is the thing people here tend to drive to Traralgon or Melbourne for. Our 100% grass-fed Angus comes from named suppliers, Australian Meat Group, Southern Ranges and Roam, finished entirely on pasture rather than in feedlots, and most of the range is MSA graded. The wagyu range runs marble score MB2+ to MB5+ for the grain finished end.
With three delivery days a week and a long drive to the nearest full-range butcher, larger orders make sense here. Free shipping applies at $450, which most of our bulk packs clear on their own, and vacuum sealed cuts hold for up to 14 days in the fridge or six months in the freezer.

How long does meat delivery take in Sale?
Sale orders arrive 2 to 4 business days after dispatch from our Richmond facility. Our courier services the VIC Sale/Lakes Entrance zone on Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
How much is delivery to Sale?
Shipping is a flat $30 Australia wide regardless of order size or weight, and free on orders of $450 or more.
Do you deliver to Maffra and Stratford?
Yes. Maffra, Stratford, Newry, Longford, Wurruk, Cobains, Airly and East Sale are all on the same run as Sale.
Will the meat stay cold on a regional run?
Yes. Every box is vacuum sealed, packed in insulated liners with food-grade ice packs sized to the transit time, and moved on a HACCP certified cold courier. The packaging holds safe temperature for up to 24 hours in transit and a further 12 hours after delivery.
How long will the meat keep once it arrives?
Vacuum sealed cuts hold for up to 14 days unopened in the fridge, or six months in the freezer. That suits ordering a month at a time rather than weekly.
Is the meat Halal certified?
Yes. Our full range is Halal certified through accredited Australian certifying authorities, covering slaughter, processing, packaging and dispatch. This applies to every order, not a separate product line.
