SALE

Premium Australian beef at prices that disappear when stock runs out. These specials are the same farms, the same butchery, the same cold chain delivery as our full range, just at limited-time prices because we've bought well, ordered ahead, or have stock we need to move.

Browse this week's specials below. When they're gone, they're gone, and the savings don't come back at this level. Use the filters on the left to narrow by cut, vendor, or price, and order with the same confidence you'd order anything else from Cost Cut Meats.

Real Savings on Real Premium Beef

Specials at Cost Cut Meats aren't about clearing out lesser quality stock or pushing cuts no one wants. Every product on this page is the same premium grade as the rest of our range, sourced from the same named farms, butchered to the same standards, delivered the same way. The price drop comes from how we buy, not what we sell.

We work direct with producers like Australian Meat Group, Southern Ranges, Cape Grim, and Bannockburn Free Range. When a producer has surplus stock at the end of a run, we buy it. When we order ahead and the volume drops the per kilo cost, we pass the saving on. When a particular cut moves slower in our catalogue, we discount it rather than letting it sit. That's where the specials come from. Nothing else changes.

What You'll Find in This Week's Specials

The specials shelf changes regularly based on what producers have available and what we need to move. Across any given week you might find:

  • Grass fed scotch fillet at 20% to 30% off our standard pricing
  • Wagyu MB2 to MB5+ rump and porterhouse at premium prices reduced
  • Bulk boxes with extra cuts thrown in at the regular box price
  • End of run premium cuts where producers had surplus stock
  • Seasonal favourites like brisket and short ribs at BBQ-ready prices
  • Last week's higher volume cuts that didn't move as fast as planned

Stock counts on this page are real. When a product shows "Only 3 left", that's three left, not a marketing trick. Once it's gone the price returns to the standard rate.

How Our Specials Pricing Works

We don't run permanent fake sales like supermarkets where the strikethrough price never actually existed. Every product on this page has a genuine compare-at price showing what it normally sells for, with the actual sale price marked clearly. The Save % badge on each card shows exactly how much you're saving on each cut compared to our standard pricing.

When you see Save 25% on a $300 piece of beef, that's a real $75 off what we'd normally charge. The producer pricing is real, our markup is transparent, and the discount lands directly in your trolley.

Same Quality Standards as Our Full Range

Every cut in our specials goes through the same quality controls as anything else we sell. That means:

  • Halal certified processing across our entire range, no exceptions for sale items
  • Wet aged or dry aged where the cut benefits from it, minimum 21 days for premium cuts
  • Cryovac sealed at the moment of butchering to lock in freshness
  • Delivered chilled with insulated packaging and gel packs, never frozen in transit
  • Backed by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, same as any other product

The savings are in our buying, not in our standards. If a cut doesn't meet our quality threshold, it doesn't make it onto the website, let alone onto the specials page.

Why Specials Sell Out Fast

Premium beef specials at these prices are genuinely limited stock, not perpetual deals. Most specials run for between 5 and 14 days, or until the stock sells through, whichever comes first. Some Wagyu specials sell out within 48 hours of going live.

We update this collection on Mondays when new producer pricing comes in, with additional drops mid-week when we have surplus stock to move. The best way to know when new specials land is to sign up for our newsletter (link in the footer) or follow us on social media.

Why are these prices so much cheaper than your regular range? +

The savings come from how we buy, not what we sell. We work direct with producers like AMG, Southern Ranges, and Cape Grim. When they have surplus stock, end of run cuts, or volume pricing available, we buy at the lower rate and pass the saving directly to you. Same farms, same butchery, same cold chain delivery, just better pricing because we bought well.

Is the quality of sale items lower than your full range? +

No. Every product in this collection is the same premium grade as anything else we sell. Same producers, same Halal certification, same aging standards, same vacuum sealed packaging, same cold chain delivery. The price drop is in our buying, never in our standards. If a cut doesn't meet our quality threshold it doesn't make it onto the website at any price.

How often do new specials get added to the Sale collection? +

New specials drop every Monday when fresh producer pricing comes in, with additional mid-week drops when we have surplus stock to move. Most specials run for 5 to 14 days or until stock sells through, whichever comes first. Wagyu specials in particular tend to sell out within 48 hours of going live.

Are the stock counts on specials genuine or marketing? +

Genuine. When a product shows "Only 3 left" on this page, that's three pieces of meat left in our cold room, not a fake urgency tactic. Our inventory updates in real time with every order. Once a product sells out at the special price, it returns to our standard rate on the main catalogue.

Can I freeze specials to stock up while prices are low? +

Yes, absolutely. Every cut is cryovac sealed at the moment of butchering, which makes them ideal for freezer storage. Most cuts freeze well for up to 6 months without quality loss. Freezing specials is one of the smartest ways to lock in premium beef pricing for weeks or months of meals at the discounted rate.

Do specials come with the same Satisfaction Guarantee as your full range? +

Yes. Every product we sell, full price or special, is backed by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If there's any issue with quality, condition, or temperature on arrival, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll arrange a full refund or replacement, no fuss. Email orders@costcutmeats.com.au or call 0480 890 901.

Is the compare-at price genuine or made up? +

Genuine. The strikethrough compare-at price on every special is the actual standard price we sell that exact cut for in our main catalogue when it's not on special. You can verify by browsing the same product type in our All Products collection. No fake sales, no inflated reference prices, no supermarket tactics. The Save % is the real saving against our regular price.

Are sale items Halal certified like the rest of your range? +

Yes. Halal certification covers our entire range without exception, including all sale items. Certification covers the full chain from slaughter through to final packaging at our supplier partners. Certification documentation is available on request through orders@costcutmeats.com.au if your organisation requires verification.

Can I combine specials with other discount codes? +

Specials are already discounted below our standard pricing, so additional discount codes generally don't stack on top of sale items. Promotional codes from our newsletter or first-order discounts typically apply to full-priced items only. If you're unsure whether a specific code applies to specials, the checkout page will show whether the discount has been accepted before you complete the order.

How fast do I need to order before a special sells out? +

If a product shows "Only 1 left" or "Only 2 left", we'd recommend ordering within the hour to be safe. Wagyu specials typically sell out within 24 to 48 hours of going live. Standard beef specials with 5 or more in stock usually last between 3 and 7 days. The safest approach is to add specials to your cart as soon as you see them since stock count is live.

Will the same special be back next week? +

Sometimes yes, sometimes no. If a special performs well and the producer has more stock available, we'll bring it back. If it was end-of-run stock or a one-off volume buy, that exact deal won't return. The newsletter and our social channels are the best way to know when previous specials reappear. If a specific cut is consistently on your list, our standard catalogue pricing is your most reliable option.
