Cost Cut Meats started behind the block in Melbourne. After years cutting for chefs, restaurants and families, we got tired of watching customers pay supermarket prices for cuts that came nowhere close to what we hang in our cool room.

So we cut out the middle. We work direct with the same Australian farms that supply the country's best steakhouses — MSA-graded, grass-fed and finished, fully traceable — and break it down ourselves in Melbourne.

Cutting great beef is only half the job — getting it to you in the same condition it left the block is the other half. We pack every order the morning it ships in insulated chillers with food-grade dry ice and gel refrigerants, sealed for transit.

Our delivery partners run a fully tracked cold chain. Each consignment is GPS monitored from our Melbourne facility to your door, with temperature and route logged the whole way. You'll get tracking from dispatch to doorstep so you know exactly when to be home.
