We deliver Australia-wide. Metro orders typically arrive within 3–4 business days, regional within 4–5 business days. Orders placed before 10am AEST are dispatched the same day. Free shipping on orders over $450.
Every order is vacuum-sealed for maximum freshness, packed in an insulated box with food-grade gel ice, and shipped via express courier. Your meat will arrive cold to the touch and ready for the fridge or freezer.
If you'll cook within 3–4 days, store in the coldest part of your fridge (0–4°C). For longer storage, keep them in their vacuum seal and freeze for up to 6 months. Defrost slowly in the fridge for 24 hours for best results.
Every order includes a printed cooking guide. As a rule of thumb: high heat and short cook time for premium steaks (Wagyu, Eye Fillet, Scotch); low and slow for brisket and short ribs. Always rest your steak for 5+ minutes before slicing. We also include a marbling-to-doneness chart with each shipment.
