Every order is cut, vacuum sealed and packed at our Richmond facility in Melbourne, then handed to an express courier. Orange and Bathurst are run as a single courier zone, taking in Nashdale, Borenore, Clifton Grove, Canobolas and March around Orange, and Kelso, Eglinton, Raglan, Perthville, West Bathurst and Windradyne on the Bathurst side, plus Portland, Wallerawang and Lidsdale. Deliveries land Wednesday and Saturday, and orders arrive 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
Cold weather works in your favour
The Central West runs colder than most of the country for a good part of the year, which is the easiest possible condition for a chilled delivery. Every box leaves with insulated liners and food-grade chilled gel packs, rated to hold safe temperature for 24 hours in transit and a further 12 hours on the doorstep.
Our wagyu range runs from marble score MB2+ through to MB5+, alongside 100% grass-fed Angus from Australian Meat Group, Southern Ranges and Roam, most of it MSA graded and pasture finished. How much is delivery to Orange?
Shipping is a flat $30 Australia wide regardless of order size or weight, and free on orders of $450 or more. The Central West pays the same freight as metro, with no distance surcharge.
Do you deliver to Bathurst as well?
Yes. Orange and Bathurst share one courier zone, so Kelso, Eglinton, Raglan, Perthville, West Bathurst, South Bathurst, Windradyne, Llanarth and Gormans Hill are all on the same run and the same delivery days.
Which days do you dispatch?
We dispatch every Monday, Wednesday and Friday with a 12pm cut-off. Order before midday on a dispatch day and your meat is packed and on the road that morning.
Is the meat Halal certified?
Yes. Our full range is Halal certified through accredited Australian certifying authorities, covering slaughter, processing, packaging and dispatch. This applies to every order, not a separate product line.
What if nobody is home when it arrives?
The courier will leave the box in a cool, shaded spot if you are not home. The insulated packaging holds safe temperature for around 12 hours after delivery, and Central West temperatures are on your side for most of the year. You can nominate a safe drop spot at checkout.
