How far up the mountain do you deliver?
The full length of the ridge. The zone covers Emu Plains, Lapstone, Glenbrook, Blaxland, Springwood, Faulconbridge, Hazelbrook, Lawson, Wentworth Falls, Leura, Katoomba, Medlow Bath, Blackheath and Mount Victoria, and continues west to Lithgow, Wallerawang and Bowenfels.
Which days do you dispatch?
We dispatch every Monday, Wednesday and Friday with a 12pm cut-off. Order before midday on a dispatch day and your meat is packed and on the road that morning.
Is the meat Halal certified?
Yes. Our full range is Halal certified through accredited Australian certifying authorities, covering slaughter, processing, packaging and dispatch. This applies to every order, not a separate product line.
What if nobody is home when it arrives?
The courier will leave the box in a cool, shaded spot if you are not home. The insulated packaging holds safe temperature for around 12 hours after delivery, and mountains addresses run cooler than the coast for most of the year. You can nominate a safe drop spot at checkout.
